A newborn girl has been left with a permanent scar on the cheek after doctors at a hospital in Russia’s Chelyabinsk Oblast region mistakenly cut her face during a cesarean section.
Darya Kadochinkova, 19, the identified Russian mother earlier planned a natural delivery but was later told she will be undergoing a C-Section, which was detailed would be a safer option for her bay, who had changed position in the womb.

Sedated with intravenous anesthetic as epidural anesthesia didn’t work, the young woman revealed she could still feel the incision and was entirely shocked at finding a huge/deep cut on her daughter’s face on waking up.
With photos showing the baby with a cut next to her nose, right beneath her right eye, the young mother was told her new-born girl ‘Moved too much during the whole procedure.’
