A Manchester school boy claims he has been ‘scarred for life’ after a
teaching assistant thought it best to have sex with him ‘over 50
times’. The teacher told the 15-year-old that she was now pregnant with
his child after they had the extended period of romping.
The
15-year-old boy, whose name has been withheld for his own protection,
had unprotected sex on numerous occasions with teaching assistant
Caroline Berriman. Berriman won’t be headed to jail, unlike most people
in her situation, after she pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual
activity with a minor.
Caroline is said to have been tutoring the
boy in maths and English at Abraham Moss Community School. She
approached the young adolescent via Facebook and asked for his number.
After that happened, the teaching assistant had sex with him for the
first time just five months into their new-found relationship.
Apparently,
the two ended up being so close that Caroline’s daughter – who is
younger than the boy – ended up calling him dad. Speaking to the media,
the boy said: “We would call and text each other all the time and it
got more and more into a sort of relationship. Then she started ringing
me on weekends, asking if I was going round to hers. It slowly got more
serious. It got to a point where her daughter was calling me “dad”. I
used to say to her ‘I’m not, I’m your mum’s friend’.”
The boy
ultimately decided to explain his situation to his older brother, who
would later tell their mother, exposing the entire situation.
