Concerned citizens throughout San Francisco appear to be on the
look-out for any shady behavior. Recently, a group of people caught a
man trying to film up-skirt videos of young girls on the road. The man
would follow these women and young girls into various stores while using
a shopping bag and a peephole to film up their skirts.
Thankfully,
the pedophile was outed in the middle of the street, after which he
tried to make a quick getaway. The concerned individuals ended up
chasing the man down, shouting at him the entire time. Police saw the
entire event unfold, so they stepped in and ascertained the situation.
The man gave up without a fight and didn’t even try to defend himself
against the accusations.
